“Diane consistently displays the utmost professionalism,” noted Suzanna Roussopoulos, Cummings Properties’ office manager. “She maintains patience and a positive attitude in every situation.”

Company president and CEO Dennis Clarke added, “As the first impression of the Company for so many people, Diane’s role is absolutely critical. Her ever-present smile and cheerful demeanor make her an excellent representative.”

A Woburn native, Metcalf lives with her husband of 39 years, John, who is a receptionist at the North Suburban YMCA. She frequently works with arts and crafts, which she uses to decorate her home and to make gifts for neighborhood children. Diane also enjoys traveling to Bermuda, Texas, and Kennebunkport, Maine.

A graduate of Woburn High School, Ahearn began his career with Cummings Properties as a plumber. He quickly distinguished himself within the Company, receiving multiple promotions over the years. Appointed vice president of field operations in 2011, he currently oversees the construction and maintenance of millions of square feet of space, and manages approximately two-thirds of Cummings Properties’ 350-person staff.

“Greg is tremendous, both personally and professionally,” noted Clarke. “His advancement within the Company reflects his immeasurable contributions, which he has produced through his individual talent, experience, leadership, character, and dedication.”

Ahearn and his wife, Kris, have two sons, Kyle and Ethan. Active in the community, Ahearn is on the board of directors for Woburn Public Media Center, serves as a member of the Woburn Public School Building Committee, and is a U.S. Army veteran.

Since its founding in 1969, Cummings Properties has frequently promoted from within, and has never had a lay-off.
