Viridis 3D comes to Woburn

Expert in 3D printing technology consolidates offices, adds robotics demo lab

Viridis 3D, a supplier of materials used in 3D printing, is consolidating its offices in Charlestown and Lowell in favor of opening a single, larger facility in Woburn. The three-year-old company recently signed a lease for 10,000 square feet in a newly renovated space at 10 Roessler Road, and has scheduled its move for mid January.

Formerly home to a Bruegger’s Bagels commissary, the facility previously featured large flour and grain silos and massive refrigeration units. Building owner Cummings Properties stripped the space down to shell condition and built out a clean-manufacturing facility to suit Viridis 3D’s needs and specifications, which included a demonstration lab to showcase its robotics technology.
