4th Middlesex Debate... not!

Last week I had the pleasure of speaking with Arlene DiRocco of BCATV on the voting record of my opponent, in leui of a debate with my opponent Senator Donnelly (who declined).

Last week I had the pleasure of sitting down to speak with Arlene DiRocco host of Open for Discussion on BCATV (Burlington Cable Access TV), in leui of a debate with my opponent Senator Donnelly (who declined according to BCATV). Over the course of an hour we reviewed Donnelly's voting record for the past two years. This discussion included votes affecting the local economy, job creation, senior tax credits, small business tax credits, and forced worker unionization. In addition we talked about S.1046 the bill Donnelly authored allowing him and others to receive a taxpayer funded pension and full state senate salary. This voting record is public document, but incredibly hard to find thanks to efforts (Sen. Donnelly included) on Beacon Hill to reduce transparency in government. If you have an interest in reviewing the detailed 26 page document, please drop me a line and I will email you a pdf copy. I feel that the public has a right to know how our my opponent has actually voted and how that reconciles with his promises to support senior and our struggling families.
