1) Big Woburn news!

After months of meetings, many of them over three-hours long, the Zoning Board of Appeals made a decision on the 40B "Ledges" project in North Woburn this week. The ZBA unanimously denied the developer's request modifications to the development proposed at 1042 Main St. The decision will likely be appealed by the developer.

According to the National Weather Service, you're going to need that umbrella today. Expect rain showers most of the day, especially after 10 a.m. Temperatures will likely reach 60 degrees, with a slight wind in the morning. The rain will continue into the evening and night, says the NWS.

4) In case you missed it

Patch managed to get ahold of Gov. Deval Patrick yesterday for a live chat, which was broadcast on Woburn Patch and other Massachusetts Patch sites. Did you log in and speak with the governor? If you want to replay the governor's chat and see what he had to say, click here!
