5T: Temps Near 90 Degrees, Pub Trivia and Ladies Night

Today is Thursday, May 30. Here are five things to know:

1) Mostly sunny and almost hot

Looks like summer is really make a push to arrive today. According to the National Weather Service we can expect mostly sunny skies with a high near 89 degrees. Mostly clear tonight with a low around 65.

2) Public meetings

The Woburn Board of Health is meeting at 4:30 p.m. in the Woburn City Hall, Board of Health Conference Room. The Woburn Housing Authority is meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the Nichols Street Community Room.

3) Senior Center Olympics registration

The Woburn Senior Center is holding registration for the 30th Annual Woburn Senior Center Senior Olympics all day today. The Olympics will be held on June 3. Events include putting, pool, horseshoes and more. Click here for more information.

4) Thinking Cap? Check!

 Tanner Tavern's Thursday Night Trivia will start at 8 p.m. tonight. Head over to Main Street for Stump Trivia and you and your team (or just you!) can compete for prizes.
