Event Spotlight: Library Hosts Halloween Party for Kids

Children can don their costumes on Saturday to listen to scary stories and devour treats.

From the organizer:

Boo! The Children’s Room of the Woburn Public Library hopes to scare and entertain students ages 5 and older with spooky stories and ghastly treats at their annual Halloween party, Saturday, October 29, 2010, from 3:00 to 4:00 pm in the Children’s Room. Wear your costumes and huddle together with your friends as Children’s Librarian Cynthia Fordham brews up some scary tales especially for this frightful holiday. Witch’s brew, crunchy bat wings, and other monstrous treats will be on hand for the very brave to munch on. Be there!!!
