This week, Woburn Patch scoured our local sources to come up with great deals on for your car and for you! 

Deal:  Create a sweet home-made gift for mom for Mother's Day and save money at the same time. Using the AC Moore coupons that can be found online, you can save 40 percent on one item until Friday or 50 percent on one item on Saturday only.

Deal: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with deals at Scoreboard this Thursday. The restaurant will offer "quarter tacos" between 4 and 8 p.m. All week, Corona Light is only $4.    

Good Through: May 5. 

Deal: Purina Dog Chow is $9.99, that's a $2 savings, Friskies Cat Food is 5/$2, Purina Cat Chow is $3.99, a $1 savings, Tidy Cats Cat Litter is $2.99, a $1 savings. Pick up a Mother's Day cake for only $4.99.  Noteworthy: Dannon Greek Yogurt is  3/$2, only 66 cents each.

Deal: Even if you don't need toothpaste, head over to CVS for free Colgate—$2.77 with an extra bucks reward of $2.77 back, limit two per household.  Herbal Essence is 2/$5.97 with an extra bucks of $2 back, making the purchase really 2/$3.97.  Noteworthy:  Right Guard body wash or deodorant is $2.49 with an extra bucks of $1. Apply your $5.77 in extra bucks to buy Starbucks coffee, on sale for $6.99, making the total purchase for a 12 oz. Starbucks coffee bag $1.22.

Deal: Cupcake Vineyards (Chardonnay, Red Velvet, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Malbec) is $8.99 per bottle, or by the case at 12 bottles per case for $96.00 (cute name, think Mother's Day!) Harpoon Beer, all varieties, 24 loose case bottles is $22.99 + deposit.  Noteworthy: Smirnoff Vodka is $19.99, 80 proof, 1.75 ltr.
