Why go: You've been waiting all year for the awesome Flag Day carnival and fireworks celebration in Woburn. It's here! Head over and enjoy the live entertainment, fun food and the carnival. Fireworks are Saturday at 10 p.m.

2. 

Where/when: ; Friday, June 17, 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.  

Why go: Enjoy a night of food and fun at the Crestview. Comedy performances by Joe Yannetty, Mitch Stinson and Nita Dunn.
