1) Steady Eddie: According to the National Weather Service, our weather pattern will stay the same today! Look for some partly cloudy skies with a high of 56 degrees. But, beware, we may have some showers after dark. Get those outside activities done early!

2) How well do you know Facebook?: The Middlesex District Attorney's Office, the Joyce and Kennedy PTOs and the Woburn Police Department are presenting a discussion geared for parents to help them Presenters will explain the role that parents, schools and police play in their children's online safety. 

 

3) Event Spotlight: The will be held at the tonight beginning at 6 p.m. This event is for girls of all grades at WMHS and the special women in their lives—mothers, grandmothers, aunts, etc. There will be an auction with all profits benefitting breast cancer. Cost is $30.

5) Start of a technological revolution: On this day in 1976, Apple Computer Company demonstrated its first personal computer—the Apple I—at a computer club in California. The technology company's first product, it was financed when Steve Jobs sold his VW van and  Steve Wozniak sold his HP-65 calculator. The Apple I went on sale that summer for $666.66. Only about 200 Apple Is were produced.
