2) Wine tasting: There will be at 161 Main St., starting at 4 p.m. today. There will be free samples of the store's featured April Flyer Wines. They are described as having distinctive tastes and being priced affordably.

3) Event Spotlight: The is tonight at the Sons of Italy, 168 Lexington St., from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. This fundraiser is to establish a scholarship at B.C. High in memory of Jason D. Peary, son of Firefighter David Peary, who passed away at the age of 27 from an unknown heart condition. Jason was an alumnus who gave back generously to B.C. High so that others could be afforded the same opportunity as he had. Cost is $15 for tonight's comedy night.

4) In Case You Missed It: Have you been cheated or know someone who has been at King Gas?

5) 100 Years of the Green Monster: On this day in 1912, Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox, opened for the first time. The team played the New York Highlanders (now the New York Yankees) during the opening game of the park. Fenway is the oldest Major League Baseball stadium currently in use and is considered one of the best-known sports venues in the world. Tonight, the Red Sox are taking on the Yankees on the 100-year anniversary. To commemorate the date, both teams will be wearing throwback 1912 uniforms. Today's game starts at 3:05 p.m.
