Today is Wednesday, April 27. Here are five things you need to know:

  1. When will we see the sun again?: More clouds with us today, as the National Weather Service is forecasting a 30 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms, and fog between 8 and 11 a.m. But in good news, the temperatures are supposed to warm up and we might see 70 degrees today. 
  2. Bullying presentation: Don’t forget, there will be an educational at the tonight. The discussion is sponsored by the Joyce and Kennedy PTOs and the Woburn Police, but is open for all interested parents.
  3. Motherhood meet-up: The will meet today from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at 12 Alfred St. The meet-up is a free support group for new moms who have questions about breastfeeding and motherhood.

  5. The Brockton Blockbuster: On this day in 1956, heavyweight champion, and Brockton native, Rocky Marciano announced his retirement from professional boxing. The Brockton Blockbuster finished his career at the ripe old age of 31 and was the only heavyweight champ to have a perfect record. During his career, Marciano boxed in 49 bouts, winning all 49, with 43 knock-outs.
