2) Recreation Commission: The Recreation Commission is meeting tonight at City Hall at 7 p.m. The board will hear from the Parks Superintendent and will also discuss spring and summer programs and summer employees.

3) Event spotlight: All school year, teachers, therapists, lunch monitors, paraprofessionals, doctors and others have helped Special Education students in Woburn Public Schools. 5) An actual WMD program in Iraq?: On this day in 1981, the Israeli air force launched Operation Opera, also known as Operation Babylon, that destroyed a partially-built nuclear reactor in Iraq, about 10 miles southeast of Baghdad. Iraq had purchased the reactor, named Osirak, from France, the two countries insisted its purpose was for peaceful scientific research, but the Israelis believed the Iraqis were planning to build nuclear weapons.
