Five Things You Need to Know Today, Sept. 7

Woburn Police Officer Robert DeNapoli was shot several times yesterday, responding to an armed robbery at Four Corners.

Today is Wednesday, Sept. 7. Here are five things you need to know:

 

1) Showers possible: Looks like the sun will stay hidden again today. According to the National Weather Service there is a 50 percent chance of showers today. High temperature around 66 degrees.

2) Trash delayed: Don’t forget, the trash pick-up is delayed this week due to the Labor Day holiday.

3) Four Corners: Area schools and organizations were under lock down for several hours yesterday, as police officers from across the state aided Woburn Police with Traffic was shut down completely in the area, leaving only police vehicles, media representatives and onlookers on foot. 4) In case you missed it: For the second time in nine months, Woburn Police officers must deal with the aftermath of a Shortly after 11 a.m. Tuesday, Officer Robert DeNapoli was shot several times while responding to an armed robbery at Musto Jewelers.
