Freecycle Wednesdays: Five Free Deals in Woburn

The Freecycle philosophy is simple: Offer something to others that you no longer need; take something off of someone's hands—all for free. It's like a yard sale fell in love with recycling, got married and had a baby named Freecycle.

The Freecycle Woburn group is one of the most active in the area, offering tons of great deals. Click here for more information on the group, or to find out how to obtain any of these great items. 

Here is just a sampling of some of the deals we found offered this week. Note: Offers change all the time or are taken quickly. 

1) Tan metal bookcase: 66" tall by 36" wide by 9" deep; 3 open shelves; 4th shelf (bottom) slides shut. Offered by "wizeoldmum."

2) Kitchen items box: one large and one small coffee maker, tempered glass turntable for medium size microwave oven, pink Easter basket, etc. Offered by "wizeoldmum." 

3) 20-inch television: Linytron TV, not a flat screen. Offered by "wizeoldmum."

4) Uniden digital answering service: corded, 5.8GHz, Model CXA15198. Answering machine does not work remotely, you must be home to
listen to messages. Earliest pick up will get this fine working phone/answering machine/caller ID. Offered by "lena f." 

5) Hair styling items: 2 curling irons, one is about 1-and-a-1/2-inch barrel, the other is about 1/2-inch barrel. Also have a 1-inch flat iron. Take one or all. Offered by "jenng717."
