The , 32 Montvale Ave., offers special rates on Tuesday and Sunday evenings, when the lanes tend to be kid-free.
On Twisted Tuesdays, bowl for up to three hours between 7 and 10 p.m. for $10 per person. Shoe rentals are free.

On Glow Bowl Super Sundays, the charge is $15 per lane per hour between 6 and 10 p.m. Shoe rentals are $2.50 per person. These rates apply for up to six people, so you could make it a couples’ night out.
If you’re home by 10, you might even be able to get a sitter on a school night.
