The 5th Annual Woburn American Cancer Society Relay for Life was June 10-11.

On a beautiful evening last Friday, June 10, 36 teams began their 17-hour walk at the American Cancer Society's 5th Annual Woburn Relay For Life.

Teams from all around the area had at least one member on the track for the whole 17 hours in the annual fundraiser.

For many, the most moving part of the evening was the luminaria ceremony, where participants remembered love ones who have lost their battle to cancer. All the lights on the track are turned off and individual white bags illuminated by a candle are lit in a very moving and somber display.
