Beacon Grille’s executive chef, David Fitzgerald, has created some delicious holiday specials for the Easter menu, including Roasted and Stuffed Leg of Lamb, Roasted Prime Rib of Beef au Jus, Cob-Smoked Country Ham, Prosciutto-Wrapped Cod, and Lobster & Peruvian Potato Frittata. These items will be offered along with a number of gourmet items from our daily menu. We’ll be open 11 AM to 8 PM on Easter Sunday, and look forward to serving you!
