Woburn Man Arrested on Charge of Cocaine Possession

The following is based on a release from the Woburn Police Department.

Police arrested a Woburn man on a charge of drug possession following an ongoing narcotics investigation relating to the illegal sale and distribution of marijuana.

According to a release, on Saturday, March 23, members of the Woburn Police Department Drug Unit arrested a man on charges related to drug distribution.

The Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force and Woburn Police Department patrol officers also assisted in the investigation.

Police arrested Wilson M. Tiburcio, 33 of 22B Mill St., Woburn, on a charge of one count of possession of a Class B drug (cocaine). Police found 0.8 grams of cocaine in Tiburcio's possession.

Police searched the residence on the strength of a warrant after investigating another male living in the residence for marijuana distribution. However, that man was not arrested after police searched the residence.
