Donate Goods for Thanksgiving Meals
You can contribute as little or as much as you like, starting now.
If you would like to contribute food or money to a needy family's Thanksgiving meal, Woburn Residents' Environmental Network will begin collecting donations at its Nov. 9 meeting at the Thompson Library, at 7 p.m.
Rodney Flynn, the treasurer of WREN, will be able to pick up food or money for food from those who can't make the meeting. Reach him at 781-935-0222 or FVirgos01801@aol.com.
Leading up to last year's Thanksgiving Day, WREN put together 16 baskets, each of which fed eight to 10 family members.
