2013 Woburn Holiday House Tour

Woburn Holiday House Tour

Join us for an afternoon of holiday cheer on Sunday, December 8 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm. The tour is a perfect opportunity to see historic or unusual homes in other parts of Woburn that you may not see otherwise. The house tour is also a great way to bring the Woburn community together by sharing new holiday decorating ideas, festive recipes, and clever crafts.

The tour traditionally consists of 5-8 well decorated homes. These homes open their doors to members within the community in an effort to share the holiday spirit. Some houses may offer treats and refreshments, others may offer crafts for sale. Friendly hosts will welcome tour-goers into the main level of their home to get a glimpse of how they decorate for the holidays. Tickets can be purchased through the Woburn Public Library.

If you would like to offer to host as one of the homes on the tour or be a part of this year’s planning committee to help behind the scenes, please contact Brittany Murphy at (781) 935-2244 or bmurphy@socialcapitalinc.org. Helping as a committee member is a great way to meet new friends who share the same spirit as you. We hope you will consider being a part of this lovely event, as it only occurs every other year!

If you are interested in promoting your business by sponsoring a home on this year’s tour, please contact Karen Rice at krice@socialcapitalinc.orgfor more information.
