Bully Proof Seminar

The
sad truth is that 1 in 4 children are bullied and it's reported that
77% of children will experience bullying during their childhood.  If
your child is included in those statistics, you know first hand how
devastating bullying can be.  If your child isn't included in those
numbers, unfortunately, you can probably say "not yet".  

    
We at the Academy work with our students on how to handle bullying.  Now
that school has settled in, this is prime time for bullying to ramp
up.  On
October 5 from 1:00-2:15 pm, we will be hosting our
Bully-Proof Seminar. 
We will teach the community a wide range of material, including what
bullying is, where it's prevalent, and how to deal with it. 

    
The seminar is open to all families in the community.  The best way to
deal with bullying is to educate everyone that it's not ok.
