Woburn Youth Soccer Walk-In Registration
Returning City League Players registering after 2/2/2013 will be charged a $10 late fee to offset administrative costs AND ARE NOT GUARENTEED PLACEMENT ON THEIR RETURNING TEAM.
All new players MUST register in person and provide a non-returnable birth certificate. If you have already registered online, please come by with your child’s birth certificate.
New players must be six years old before August 1, 2013.

Registration Fee: $50.00
Family Discounts

$30.00 discount for third sibling registered.
$40.00 discount for fourth sibling and each additional sibling.
*Late fees are not included in family discount.
