Homes in the Heart of Lexington: A Tour of Houses

On Sunday, June 1st, from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., the Lexington Historical Society will sponsor its sixth Lexington house tour, Homes in the Heart of Lexington.

This remarkable house tour includes homes within walking distance of Lexington Center and showcases over 200 years of residential change.  Included are a dozen varied homes from the first brick house built in Lexington, to mid-19th Century summer estates developed as a result of the arrival of the railroad, to a contemporary condominium for empty-nesters.

The Lexington Depot, 13 Depot Square, Lexington, MA, will serve as tour headquarters and will open at 10 AM for pick up of previously reserved tickets and for day of tour sales.  There is convenient free parking in the municipal lot behind the building.  Restroom and coffee will be available in the Depot.
