Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga (gentle to moderate level) is a class that prepares your body for childbirth with movement in gentle to moderate postures (asanas) that stretch, strengthen and tone muscles, and breathing techniques for focus.  
Date: Tuesdays, April 8 – April 29  
Time: 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. 
Cost: $75 (5 weeks)
