Come on down to the farm and check out Woburn's newest fitness Freddy Lau as he presents Freddy's Hawaiian Punch. Freddy will be on hand to answer questions about his programs and gym as well as serving up some hawaiian cuisine for a small donation that benefits the farm programs and projects!
Now in it's 3rd season the Woburn Farmer and Artisan market at Woburns Spence Farm brings you the freshest local produce, fish, meats, dairy products, baked goods and prepared foods every Sunday from 10-2.
