BOSTON STRONG AUTOGRAPH QUILT

Our Indoor Winter Market was honored to host a showing of the handmade BOSTON STRONG AUTOGRAPH QUILT.  Woburn resident Tricia Pierson runs the Boston Marathon and raises money for The Samaritans Suicide Awareness by selling raffles for this quilt.  Her sister, Lissa Pierson, also a Woburn resident, made this beautiful Boston-themed quilt that includes autographs by over 180 sports stars and celebrities.  Lissa & Tricia told us that they had never raised more money in a single day than at our market!  What a testament to the character of these wonderful sisters and to the generous nature of people of our city. Good luck to them with the rest of their fundraising and at the marathon!  We will be rooting for both!
