Get Fit & Support Breast Cancer Awareness at FitHouse's Warrior Yoga and Cycle Classes

October marks National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and FitHouse is celebrating by hosting Warrior Yoga & Cycle Classes with ALL proceeds being donated to Susan G. Komen Massachusetts (Komen MA) on Saturday October 26th! With seventy-five (75) percent of net proceeds generated by Komen MA staying in Massachusetts, they are able to fund educational programs, offer grant money to organizations that support its mission, and help better the lives of those facing breast cancer locally. These classes are an excellent way for FitHouse clients and local residents to participate in Breast Cancer Awareness.

The yoga class will take place at 8:00 a.m. and is led by Yoga Instructor, Emily Aarons, this class will be 75 minutes of Power Yoga aimed to strengthen and detoxify your body. Emily will target all the major muscle groups, working arms, abs and legs all while increasing flexibility and relieving tension. This class is suitable for all levels.

The cycle class is at 9:30 a.m.  FitHouse instructor and owner Britt Vitello will help get all attendees ‘fit’ and feeling refreshed, and each class will help raise funds for the fight against Breast Cancer.
