Ten New Reserve Officers Sworn Into Police Force

During Tuesday's City Council meeting, the newest reserve police officers joined the force.

City Council members welcomed a group of new reserve officers to the Woburn Police Department before their meeting on Tuesday night as the men and women were sworn into the force.

The officers were sworn in by City Clerk William Campbell after brief remarks by Mayor Scott Galvin and Police Chief Robert Ferullo.

Both Ferullo and Galvin expressed excitement for the officers, who will play a key role in keeping the department fully staffed.

The new officers are Matthew Albertelli, Thomas Clark, Josiah Gately, Tess Lacoss, Sandra Lawton, Patrick Malloy, Sean Martin, David Murray, Amy Rodriguez, and Michaelangelo Russo.
