The men were very close in their matches. Men’s singles and men’s doubles went to the Lasers 5-4.
The lady Lobsters struggled in their matches. They lost 5-1 in both women’s singles and women’s doubles.
The last match of the night was mixed doubles. The Lobsters were down 20-10. Eric Butorac and Katalin won 5-2 against Lasers Alisa Kleybanova & Jean-Julien Rojer to force overtime. The Lasers quickly rallied and won the OT to give the Lasers a 23-15 win over the Lobsters.

The Lobsters continue to be in second place in the Eastern Conference along with the New York Sportimes and Philadelphia Freedoms. The Lobsters have 2 road games remaining. If they pull together, they can make the playoffs. The Eastern Conference Playoffs will be on Thursday in DC.
