Proposed Bakery/Transfer Site Micro Drive

Was just reading in the Times about Koffee Kup Bakery relocating within Woburn. I see  that the Planning Board is all for it, but has anyone asked the Koffee Kup Company EXACTLY what hours they'll be running their trucks/cars over Holton St. This would certainly be in violation of both Woburn and Winchester ordinances, if the hours trucking is going on is between 10:00pm and 6:00 am.
