Donohue Among Marathon Bombing Heroes Reunited at WCVB Special

The news station reunited many of the Boston Marathon bombing heroes and survivors for the six-month anniversary of the tragic day.

Woburn resident Dic Donohue was among a large number of heroes and victims from the Boston Marathon bombings who were reunited during a WCVB television special that aired on Monday night.

Donohue, the MBTA police officer who was injured in Watertown during a firefight with the bombing suspects, spent two months in the hospital following the incident after suffering serious injuries.

WCVB hosted "Boston Strong Reunited" to mark the six-month anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings, bringing together a long list of the involved parties for an emotional reunion.
