On Friday, Oct. 4, at 8 a.m. an officer was dispatched to a home on Garden Street for a report of vandalism involving eggs thrown at the house.

Upon arrival, the officer was told that sometime overnight eggs struck the side of their home. Though there does not appear to be any permanent damage to the siding, the caller said this is the third time eggs have been thrown at her house in about six months.

In addition, the resident reported a similar incident where a number of forks were stuck into the front lawn. The implication of the silverware was believed to be saying “fork you” as another way of saying a similar sounding curse word.

Each of the incidents occurred on Thursday nights. The woman believed that they are connected to or directed at her daughter, who is a high school student. The caller believed students are vandalizing the property following pasta parties held by various sports teams.

The Woburn High School Resource Officer was contacted and a copy of the report was sent to him as well.
