Reports of a tree, utility pole and live wires down, and road closed.

Looks like this may be a case of a snow plow taking down utility poles....

With a tree, a smoking utility pole and live wires down at 15 Frances Street, the road reportedly is closed.
Woburn Police officers and firefighters are said to be on-scene; NStar and the Department of Public Works help has been requested.
