Featured Incident

On Monday, Jan. 6, police were called to Cabot Road for a report of a man exposing himself in a vehicle.

Upon arrival, police spoke to a woman who said the witness had left the area for a doctor's appointment. Police were given a license plate number and though they could not find the suspect in the area, they ran the registration and found that it belonged to a man out of Malden.

Officers spoke to the original witness by telephone. She said that when she arrived at work at 9 a.m., she parked next to the man in question. When she returned to her vehicle at 1:30 p.m., she saw the vehicle and the man were still there.

The woman went on to say that when she approached the vehicle, she noticed both left hand doors open on the vehicle and the man was leaning back on his seat. She then allegedly saw the man "pull his hands out of his pants."

When asked if the man was fully exposed, the woman said no. The man then left the area.

Police also spoke to the man involved in the incident. He said he was there to get a reference from his former employer. He said no one answered the doors and he waited in the lot.

The man then left and checked back during the day. he said that he did remove his coat, but did nothing other than wait.
