Officers spoke to the man, who was escorted to the loss prevention office. He was patted down to check for weapons and contraband. During the check, two knives were found in his pocket.

The man told police he was going to steal a video game, but did not take it. He also said he had an addiction to drugs, specifically prescription pills.

Police located four or five unidentified pills in the man's pocket, and he said he did not have a prescription for any of them

Officers issued a no trespass order to the man and he was advised to stay out of all Target stores.

Officers noted that the man does have a license to carry a firearm, and police believe it should be addressed due to his narcotics behavior and his shopping methods.
