Police Confiscate Marijuana From Vehicle

Woburn Police confiscated .8 grams of marijuana from a vehicle on Prospect Street on Monday.

Shortly before 9:30 p.m Monday, police responded to Prospect Street about possible drug activity in a parking lot. The person who called reported that people use the parking lot to have sex and do drugs. They have also spat on the man’s vehicle.

Police approached the suspects in their parked vehicle and saw a passenger preparing marijuana with a grinder. There was also pot on a large envelope, in a cup holder and in an ashtray/storage compartment. The car’s owner denied police access to search the vehicle.

The two young men were not impaired. 

Police confiscated .8 grams of marijuana and sent the two young men on their way.
