Police Log: Drivers Arrested, Summonsed to Court

At 8:15 a.m., police summonsed a 31-year-old Everett man to court and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with an expired license and failing to use care in stopping. Police responded to Montvale Avenue near Route 93 about a two-car accident. While on the scene, the officer found a driver had an expired license
At 4:40 p.m., police summonsed a 50-year-old Sanford, ME, woman to court and charged him with operating a motor vehicle after her license was suspended. An officer was performing speed enforcement on Green Street when he reportedly clocked a car going 45 mph in a 30 mph zone. The officer pulled over the driver and found her license was suspended.
At 5:26 p.m., police placed a 56-year-old Woburn man into protective custody. The man was lying behind a Dumpster at Baldwin Green II. The man was heavily intoxicated and police placed him into protective custody.

At 7:10 p.m., police arrested Stephen Domenic Ferrara, 50, 3 Wilbur St., Stoneham, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Police pulled over Ferrara on Montvale Avenue after police ran his information and found that the carโs owner had a suspended license.ย
