According to police, an officer noticed two people walking in the Surrey Road area who looked “young and out of place.” The officer noted that the female was wearing short silk pajamas and flip-flops despite the cold temperatures. He spoke to both, who said they were walking toward a Cambridge Road home to stay with a friend.
