Police Log: Police Make Two Arrests

Monday, March 31

At 1:26 p.m., a Columbus Road resident reported finding a mountain bike outside her residence. The bike was described as a silver and blue Outcast Rhino mountain bike.

At 2:22 p.m., a Woburn resident reported that a woman was harassing him via phone calls and text messages, including lyrics to Toby Keith songs. The woman recently said the man had been harassing her and went to court. Police advised the man that he should seek a harassment prevention order.

At 5:01 p.m., police arrested Brian Michael Suitter, 48, 2 Beach Terrace, Apt. 2, Woburn, and charged him on a warrant for violating an abuse prevention order. An officer spotted Suitter in a vehicle. Knowing there was a warrant for the Woburn man’s arrest, police pulled over the vehicle on Prospect Street and made the arrest.

Tuesday, April 1

At 1:28 a.m., police arrested Tan M. Tran, 49, 9 Webster Ave., Woburn, and charged him with domestic assault and battery.
