Police Log: Police Respond to Landlord-Tenant Dispute

At 7:32 a.m., police responded to a two-car accident on Presidential Way. One driver was taken to Winchester Hospital. The other driver suffered a small hand laceration and was treated at the scene. Firefighters cleaned up a fluid spillage that was caused by the accident. One of the drivers was cited for a marked lanes violation. Both vehicles were towed.

At 10:55 a.m., a Japanese citizen who is staying at a Woburn hotel reported credit card fraud. He said his credit card was used several times for a total of $3,000. The man told police that he cancelled his card.

At 3:44 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident at Commerce Way and Mishawum Road. A driver was traveling west on Mishawum Road on a green light when it collided with a vehicle turning left from Mishawum Road onto Commerce Way. Both vehicles sustained major damage and were towed. There were no reported injuries.

At 8:03 p.m., police responded to App Court concerning a disturbance involving a landlord and tenant. The landlord said a tenant who was renting a room had threatened her and was driving heavily. Police spoke to the tenant who said he did not make any threats. Police saw a vodka bottle in the corner of his room and said he appeared intoxicated. Officers asked the man to leave the residence and not return until Saturday. Police also advised the landlord of abuse victim rights.
