POLICE LOG: Suspicious Activity Near Creston

Sept. 5 – At 5:42 p.m., police received a report of suspicious activity near Creston Avenue. Police spoke to two men in a vehicle, who said they were there to pick up a cousin. After attempting to reach the cousin with no luck, both men left the area.

Other Incidents:

Sept. 4 –

At 5:43 p.m., police and fire responded to a report of a fire at Northeast Tree on Salem Street. According to police, when the responding officer arrived, he found the unoccupied home on the property fully engulfed in flames. Woburn Police closed down traffic in the area. .

Sept. 5 –

At 4:55 p.m., a Woburn man reported two Patriots bonds cashed without his permission in 2010.

At 9:09 p.m., a Woburn woman reported a spare tire stolen off of her vehicle while parked on Garfield Avenue.
