Jan. 2 –
At 12:48 p.m., a Lowell man was cited for failure to yield at a rotary during traffic patrol on Route 38.

At 1:39 p.m., a Woburn business reported a company vehicle damaged in the parking lot. Police observed damage to the vehicle’s right side, right rear bumper, rear door and driver’s side door.
At 2:57 p.m., a Bedford man was cited for failure to yield at a rotary during traffic patrol on Route 38.
At 4:36 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident at Constitution Way and Commerce Way. According to police, one car failed to yield to oncoming traffic, causing the collision. There were no reported injuries.
At 4:47 p.m., police collected a resident’s license to carry and ammunition due to a pending court case.
At 8:45 p.m., an Arlington woman was cited for a marked lanes violation during traffic patrol at Commerce Way and Mishawum Road.
