POLICE LOG: Woman's Car Slashed & Scratched

Dec. 26 – At 3:55 p.m., a Woburn woman reported her car vandalized while parked in her driveway. According to police, the car was keyed and there were several cuts in the canvas top, as well as the seats. The suspect also spray-painted the inside of the vehicle. The victim told police the car was also vandalized in Wilmington at a different time.

Other Incidents:

Dec. 26 –

At 1:09 p.m., police picked up three firearms from a Woburn man, who was required to turn the items into police pending court action.

At 3:26 p.m., a Woburn businessman reported that a catalytic converter was stolen from a commercial vehicle parked at a Cummings Properties location.

At 3:54 p.m., a Stoneham woman reported her car was damaged while parked at the Woburn Mall.

At 7:42 p.m., police conducted a well-being check of a Kimball Court resident. According to police, a couple had been fighting, but were both OK. Police asked the couple if they could remain in the apartment without fighting, which both agreed to.
