Items Stolen From Man's Glove Compartment

On Friday, Sept. 13, dispatch sent officers to Prospect Street for a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.

The calling resident said he was missing a pair of sunglasses, a watch, his Brazilian identification cards, paperwork from his company, and the calendar book the paperwork was tucked inside of. He said all of the items that were stolen were taken from his glove compartment.

According to the caller, a neighbor has been seen the last few days looking into his truck and a tenant who lives near him said he saw the same neighbor in the driveway near his truck last night when the reporting party returned from work and parked his truck.
