Woburn Man Airlifted, Charged After Wilmington Crash
According to the Lowell Sun, the man drove off the road and struck several trees.
A Woburn man suffered serious injuries over the weekend and was also charged by police following a crash in Wilmington.
According to a report in the Lowell Sun, a single-car crash occurred on Woburn Street in Wilmington on Sunday as the driver had apparently driven off the road and hit several small trees.
Following the crash, the Sun reported that the driver was taken by helicopter to Boston Medical Center. In addition, police told the newspaper they will charge William Fiumara, 27, of Woburn, with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
