Officers need leg restraints and spit masks in every cruiser. The city also needs to get k9s for the officers

It's funny, Joan. I have said that many times. The City of Woburn is probably the only city or town without a K-9 unit. But it's the only one that really needs at least two. Why does Woburn always rely on Winchester, Burlington or Billierica for K-9 services?
