City Clerk Reports Address Issue with Some Census Mailings

Some of the mailings sent to Woburn residents include envelopes with an address of the Watertown Town Clerk's Office rather than Woburn's City Clerk.

Woburn City Clerk William Campbell said some local census mailings have been sent out with return envelopes with the wrong address for City Hall.

Campbell said some of the nearly 16,000 mailings sent to Woburn residents include envelopes with an address of the Watertown Town Clerk's Office rather than Woburn's City Clerk.

Campbell said he apologizes for any inconvenience and asks that residents mail the census to the City Clerk's Office, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common St., Woburn, MA 01801 or deliver the form in person to city hall.

He said he has made arrangements with the Watertown Town Clerk's Office to pick up any Woburn envelopes that are mailed to that office.

Here is more information about the census mailing.
