City Council to Consider Special Permits for Fast Food, Residential Proposals

The first public hearing of the night deals with tax classification before Herley Instructions seeks a special permit for alteration and expansion of a non-conforming use on 10 Sonar Drive.

OL Fresh, LLC, has a public hearing for a special permit that would allow a fast food restaurant at 307 Main Street and 6 High Street, which is within the Groundwater Protection District.

Ryeknot Properties looks for a special permit for seven residential dwelling units above the first story of a commercial structure at 307 Main Street and 6 High Street as well.

Benchmark Senior Living has two public hearings slated as they hope to amend zoning for property at 320 Salem Street.
