If you spot a non-emergency problem in Woburn, there’s a new place on the city’s website that allows residents to report issues.

See Click Fix is a reporting tool that “streamlines the process for residents reporting non-emergency problems to the City. It allows residents to submit non-emergency service requests and neighborhood issues through” the site or mobile app, according to the City of Woburn.

Some possible issues you could report through See Click Fix include potholes, street lights, trash/recycling, problem properties, trees, sidewalks and traffic lights or signs.

Smart phone and web users can enter the location, provide information and include a photo or video.

“Once a report is submitted, the information is immediately routed to the appropriate municipal department for resolution. In addition, residents may signup to monitor the status of their requests, provide real-time updates, and receive email updates. They can also share their requests by posting them on social media outlets,” according to the City of Woburn.

The new reporting system is supported with the assistance of a Community Innovation Challenge Grant awarded by the Executive Office of Administration and Finance.
