Long List of Proposals on Tuesday's City Council Agenda

Woburn's City Council meets on Tuesday night at 7 p.m.

Aldermen will have a busy Tuesday night as the agenda for the City Council's regular meeting is a lengthy one with several proposals set for discussion.

First up is a public hearing with Linear Retail Woburn, which seeks a special permit to divide existing space into two tenant spaces, one which will be a fast foot restaurant.

Following that hearing will be OL Fresh seeking a special permit to allow a fast food restaurant at 307 Main Street. Ryeknow Properties seeks a special permit at the same location as well.

The next agenda item is Lytron Realty Corporation and Lytron Incorporated, seeking to amend zoning for several parcels on Dragon Court.

Additional meetings are with Benchmark Senior Living, National Grid, Skyworks Solution, and several others.

The final item in the public hearings section is Dave & Busters, which has been working for several months in hopes of building at 275 Mishawum Road.

There are also several new petitions on the agenda on Tuesday as well, including a request by the Tanner TaTa Foundation to run a road race on November 24.
